Organizing the event

Internal Space - Team

With the internal Space team we will use all available features to organize and plan the event .and keep us up to date. On top of it inside this space we have the module task which is not enabled for the teams.

Streams

Discuss and engage, knowing that we also have BL-Chat but this helps us to test and get used to the platform

Task

Planing our to dos and assign them to the team with deadlines :)

Calendar

The Calendar will be visible in each team space and we can set for each team as well Categories Spaces the exact timeliness which keeps each team on track even with reminders..

Custom Page

This allows us to link important information like this Documentation as well write content information which should be present all the time.

The Differentiation is:

Pages: appear in the left space menu

Snippets: appear in the right info box on spaces, good example is the time line Snippet as markdown

Topics

Topics can be used to classify and filter contents within a stream by attaching one or multiple topic labels to a content entry. You can either allow all space members to create a topic, or restrict creating and managing topics to only space administrator or moderator roles.
