Basic WorkSpace Area
When you click on workspace you'll first see a simplified view of version of something much more complex if you want to get to the complex version click on your icon and click on Users.
On the simplified page under All Workspaces shows all the Workspaces that you have created and above it is create workspace lets you create a workspace. Then if you click on the workgroup you'll see all the people in that workgroup and drop down of workgroup will be all groups under it.
To modify a workgroup, click on the three dots in the top right corner, offering options to rename or delete the workgroup. Additionally, there's a plus sign allowing the creation of both groups and users as needed. For individual users within a workspace, click on their personalized three-dot menu to either remove their role within that workspace or delete the user from it. Next to the workspace name, there's a bar with options such as "Unlimited," "10GB," "5GB," or "1GB," indicating the data upload limit for user accounts within that workspace. Adjusting this setting allows for flexible control over the amount of data users can upload to their accounts within the specified workspace.
Next if you click on a group you can only do two things a + that's let's you add users and trash can icon on user bar to delete them.
