Configuring Outlook Mobile

In the following article you will learn how to set up our email services on the Microsoft Outlook app for mobile devices.

 

Step 1.

When prompted input your hugomail email.

Step 2.

After entering the email you will be prompted to select a provider. Choose IMAP.

Step 3.

After setting IMAP as your email provider you will be shown a page allowing you to add the ports and hostname for our email service.

Please note that it is important that you identically match the Port , Port security and Hostname settings to the photos shown above and below.

Step 4.
After you input all of the information tap the sign in button! After a short time you will see that you've successfully signed in and can now access your hugomail from anywhere!

Still having trouble?

  • Make sure your email and password was properly typed in the following fields (Email address, IMAP Username and Password, SMTP Username and Password)
  • Make sure Incoming IMAP is set to 993
  • Make sure Outgoing SMTP port is set to 587
  • By default outgoing port security will be set to SSL, change this to none
